Indigenous People of North America- Grounding Practices

Indigenous People of  North America - Grounding Practices:

When the Indigenous People (Native Indians) of  North America became sick, one of the first things they did was to enter the forest, rich in negative ions, where they would breathe deeply and sit with their back against the trunk of a tree. This way they grounded themselves, "sitting in the lap of Mother nature" as they put it, to receive healing. Walking barefoot on the Earth and running at the beach are also effective ways to restore grounding to the body. "Bare your sole!🌲🌙

**Footnote- Grounding means focusing on the core of our energy body in the lower dan tien (energy center), and having the legs and hips open to the flow of the energy of the earth.
