| Stonehenge Winter Solstice December 21, (it will be chilly there!) |
Soon it will be Winter Solstice… the shortest day of the year, and it will be the longest night too. It is a time to celebrate and mark the year by inviting the light back into our lives. In all this darkness, it is a time to reflect inwardly and ask that light and warmth grow in our hearts as well.
My birthday is December 17th, so for fun and celebration and in honour of Winter Solstice, we are going to a workshop to make winter solstice lanterns. I will post a pic later...
