Exploring Banyen Metaphysical Bookstore-

Well we had a good time looking around Banyen Books, but there is just so much stuff to look at it was overwhelming.  Definitely will have to make another trip back there one day soon. I did find two really nice hard covered tarot books, which I think will be like a trilogy in 2018. "Tarot Fundamentals", "Tarot Experience", and the one not out yet will be called, "Tarot Compendium". They are full-color tarot books from Lo Scarabeo & Tali Goodwin. Some topics they include are Tarot history, reading, spiritual work, card meanings, and much more. Good reference books for beginners and adepts alike. Includes more than 400 color illustrations and contributions from a wide range of tarot experts, including Sasha Graham, Barbara Moore, Mark McElroy, Marcus Katz, Tali Goodwin, Giordano Berti, and Riccardo Minetti.  *I see that Amazon has them for a pretty good price, and you can also buy them separate.  Below is a photo we took of the two that are now available:

Grrrrrr...

I'm so disappointed, I didn't realize people with cell phones only see one half side of my blog pages. Apparently when viewing on your phone, you miss all things on the right side of my blog. That's where my archive lists are, and my "Help You" pages, and other cool stuff. I'm trying to see if I can fix it or add gadgets, but might be the type of template I have. I myself have no cell phone, this I have found out from friends. *Update: I think I fixed it, so hope you see my blog better with your phones now😉

The meaning of The Moon card: unforeseen perils, deception, change. Luck takes a bad turn,...Also means intuition, dreams, the card of the psychic, illusion, fear, anxiety, insecurity, subconscious.

Reversed Rx

The Moon reversed: not too bad reversed....Change not disruptive, deception unmasked, love will win, but not before it is almost destroyed by misunderstandings, release of fear, unhappiness, confusion.

JUDGEMENT-MAJOR ARCANA

Last but not least.....(in my slightly jumbled order). I didn't really intended on doing all the major arcana, but maybe it will help someone. I also tried to showcase different decks (cards), and also some tarot art. There sure is some nice stuff out there !!! I gave credit where I could, but some names etc. were hard to find..

Interpretation: Awakening;renewal. A life well lived, work well done. Spiritual awakening. Renewed energy, better health, judgement, rebirth, inner calling, absolution.

Reversed: Self-doubt, refusal of self-examination, fear of death, failure to find happiness, not into the spiritual side of life, possible loss;ill health.


* Remember this is just basic meanings of the major arcana. Be careful in interpreting-be sure to judge against other cards in a spread (story).... If you're doing a small spread of, say, 3 cards (Past , Present, Future) then cards will have a certain meaning in those positions (Ie: its happened, its happening, or its gong to happen). Listen to your gut feelings when reading, or that little voice.💖🕊

The Emperor reversed Rx- Well here he is up side down, that would be a mess ;) It means loss of self-control, a weak character, tied to ones parents, immature, can also mean inflexibility, domineering...
However you see it, keep your reading positive tone as much as you can...
